Andrew Lametti founded Lametti Home Inspections (LHI) because of his desire to ensure that friends and family had access to world-class home inspections at a reasonable price.  With LHI, you can rest assured that you'll feel confident in the inspection you receive and have peace of mind knowing as you proceed with your transaction.  

The team at LHI is one with expertise you can trust.  Both Andrew and Paul have over 32 years of working knowledge in construction combined.  Both have graduated from Urban Studies programs with honours, and, are proud  members of the Ontario Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  The team will take their time to outline the findings and provide you with a custom report outlining current issues, potential future issues, and things you may want to consider giving your attention to lessen the risk of future repairs.
